The core converters are designed to process selected images locally in your browser. In normal use, your images are not uploaded to WebP Tools servers for conversion. Your files remain on your device unless you separately choose to share them with us, for example by attaching a file to a support email.

Local Conversion
When you select images for conversion, the browser reads those files so it can decode, transform, preview, and download the results. This happens as part of your current browsing session. Closing the page or clearing the file queue removes the selected files from the tool interface.
Some browser or operating system features may keep downloads, recent files, or cached page resources according to your own device settings. WebP Tools does not control those local device behaviors.

What Information May Be Processed
We only use the information needed to run the converter, keep the site working, and respond when you contact us.
Your browser temporarily reads and processes selected files so it can preview, convert, and download the results. This is part of running the tool and does not give WebP Tools ownership of your images.
If you contact support@webptools.app, we receive the email address you used, the content of your message, and any files or screenshots you include. We use that information to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and error logs. This information helps deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and diagnose failures.
